Placed an order for a retractable dog lead on 24th March with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. On the 2nd April I sent an email queering my order as I had yet to receive the product. I had no response. I have called the number on the site approx. 7/8 times of different days and times, no answer. I then sent a following email 10th April, again no response. I have now received (12th April) a refund for the order, still with no communication from the company. I am not impressed at all.

Haven’t used it as such yet, but I have it rigged up in my dog house and have turned it on, to make sure it’s working. It will keep the dogs warm and cosy in the cold weather. Makes a big difference.

Great Lamp
I am using the lamp in my pigeon loft as some hatched in winter and I wanted to raise the temperature a little bit. The lamp works great to raise up a 6ft by 4ft pigeon loft. I will probably use it in spring as heating lamp for newly hatched chickens instead of a brooder.
