I returned this item on the 19th December and after 3 emails I am still awaiting my refund or even confirmation you have actually received the returned item. Very poor service

I genuinely love the look and feel of this lead and bought it because it looked suitable for a large dog but it has come loose / disconnected twice now when he shakes his head, so I’ve lost confidence in the clasp I’m afraid.
